Part Finishing

All part finishing is done at our facility and may include operations such as sanding, polishing, bead blasting, custom paints and dyes, clearcoats, graphics and lettering. A brief description of each finish level follows - please call with any questions or special requests.

Finish Levels

Level 1	Supports removed, post curing in PCA, verification of final dimensions
Level 2	Level 1 finish, plus light sanding and/or bead blasting of accessible surfaces for an even satin finish
Level 3	Exposed surfaces fine sanded & primed, leaving the part ready to be painted or used as a master pattern.
Level 4	Photo / show quality, can include multiple paint colors and textures, graphics, and lettering.
