Prototype Parts Machining

CNC Machining a prototype part

Oftentimes machining from billet material is the best or most efficient way to produce a prototype part. If the part geometry is conducive to machining, this may allow us to offer materials that are better suited to high strength or extreme temperature applications. Common examples are steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, ABS plastic, Delrin (acetal) & many others. With our modern 4 axis CNC equipment we can make 1 or 100 of a prototype part in your material of choice.
